"I love the chocolate and mocha shakes. The chocolate peanut butter, double chocolate, and s'mores bars are great. I'm not a fan of the strawberry and vanilla shakes or the strawberry yogurt bars. I like the strawberry pineapple drink mixes. I wish that there were trials of each flavor so that I could have decided that way instead of buying the entire container.
This has greatly helped me in my journey to become healthier and happier with myself.

"I was full from the shakes for about two hours but you can't drink one every two hours and loose weight. I was full from a bar for about an hour. I tried two different supplements. Neither one did anything. In addition, I had extremely uncomfortable gas and bloating. Even when taking gas medicine. If I had acted in time, I would of returned everything. I gave it four stars because I feel you should offer pre-filled packets of a variety of shakes and bars for those of us that are on the go for work and play.
