"Overall I am fairly happy with the shake. It does help curve cravings because it is so sweet, and it is tasty.

My complaints/critiques and why I didn't give it 5 stars:
There is a grainy texture regardless of what I mix the shake with (water, coconut milk, milk) or how I mix it (in the shaker with ice, without ice, in the blender)
The shake does not keep me full for 3hrs
Acne- I have been using the shake for about 3 weeks consistently and my skin has gone nuts! I don't know that this is as much to blame on the shake as it is the whey protein
