"We are renovating our kitchen and completely re-doing the layout. After research, we decided RTA was the best place for quality and price. Both of which were very important to us. I also needed good service and to know that support would be there if needed.
I can't say enough good things about RTA service. Lauren Thompson from the design department was fabulous- so incredibly patient went through multiple re-drafts and complete changes of the layout until I decided on exactly what would work. She was responsive and helpful, I could not have asked for a better person to hold my hand through the process.
I contacted general customer service a couple of times with random questions- they too were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed that my interactions w/them was passed onto Lauren so she could address anything I asked questions about.
Quality- I ordered a door sample and it was exactly what I was looking for. Clean design, nice shade of white. I have not received my cabinets yet but I feel confident I will be impressed when they arrive."

"Overall I am fairly happy with the shake. It does help curve cravings because it is so sweet, and it is tasty.
My complaints/critiques and why I didn't give it 5 stars:
There is a grainy texture regardless of what I mix the shake with (water, coconut milk, milk) or how I mix it (in the shaker with ice, without ice, in the blender)
The shake does not keep me full for 3hrs
Acne- I have been using the shake for about 3 weeks consistently and my skin has gone nuts! I don't know that this is as much to blame on the shake as it is the whey protein"
