"I ordered several items from this company and was charged but never received. I called and they don’t accept phone calls. I emailed with my concern and several days later I got an email back saying that my product was moving through the mailing tracking. This is a month after I ordered. A guy named Robert said he would refund me if I did not receive. Two weeks later I emailed again telling them to re-ship as I still need what I ordered. No response. I will chargeback them and let the world know not to do business with them."

"I ordered parts at an incredibly low price then tried to call the # on website to ask some questions and none of the phone numbers worked.Then I read the reviews and felt like an idiot. So I disputed the transaction. However I received an email stating they sent my products and and a track #. They show up within a week and they're actually in great condition. I probably would have paid 5x more for these parts anywhere else. I don't know if they're having staffing problems like most people or?? but all I can say is they did deliver a nice looking high quality product at a fantastic price. "

"I was a bit concerned about ordering from Ideal True Value based on the negative reviews at this site. However believe they are overstated. I had a good experience.
In the process I learned the following. This is a brick and mortar independent retailer (family business) started in 1954 and have filled over 750,000 on-line orders since that time. Robert, a family owner , answers all emails. I had a small error and quality issue on one part received and Robert was responsive via email and corrected the issue immediately and sent out the replacement parts.
From my experience Ideal True Value have excellent pricing, fast delivery and are quick and responsive to solve any issues with an order. I will do business with them again in future.

As per our agreed upon terms & conditions I cannot change or cancel an order once it has processed. You may, however return it for a refund if you would like.
As per your policy you charge a “hefty” restocking fee so basically not worth the return.
However in less than 24 hours You DID NOT PULL PRODUCT FROM YOUR STOCK - YOU DID NOT PROCESS PAYMENT OR ORDER - YOU DID NOT NOTHING WHAT SO EVER yet YOU WOULD NOT CANCEL.
This is the most RIDICULOUS Policy I have ever come across!
You are not a good company to your customers. I am a true believer in KARMA and you will get bad KARMA in return.
I should have looked up the reviews on your store. My mistake….. YOU HAVE NO POSITIVE REVIEWS! Should have also been a red flag that you do not have comments on customers products from your site.

"I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed an order. It has been a full week since our card was charged and still don't have any idea of it shipped or not. I tried to call the phone number listed on the website, but it says that they do not take calls. What company does not take calls from customers????!!!! I had to email them and I am hoping they can respond within the 48 hours they claim it may take. Never in 20+ years of being a buyer have I ever had such a HORRIBLE experience."
"I placed an online order, my card was charged, and I received an email confirmation. Ten days later, my credit card was credited. No notification from Ideal True Value about any problem with the order. No one picks up their phone and it won’t take messages, so I emailed them to find out what was going on. They claimed that their site says they don’t ship to Hawaii. It currently says no such thing anywhere on the site, nor should an order have been accepted and a card charged if/when they bury the verbiage in fine print. Failing all else, it should not take ten days for me to find out that the items I though were on their way, were not. Finally, I shouldn't have been the one who had to contact THEM about it!
I could be more forgiving if the weather upended their service. But customers have been complaining about problems at this store for a long time.
Some companies should consider NOT going the e-commerce route. This is one of them. Either they don’t have the staff, knowledge, willingness or all three."

"The sink is the only thing I've bought from this company. It finally arrived after a long backorder. The sink drain leaks. There have been three different drains installed, the plumber has tried everything in his power and knowledge base, but there is some anomaly in the sink drain area of the sink that causes the sink drain to leak. Either a poor design or poor quality control, but will never buy another thing from this company. If their goods are all poor quality, as this sink would indicate, and their stock is all reject/third grade, they are a company I want no more to do with. Would not recommend. I now have to buy a new sink because this one is a total failure."
