"I recently sold my iPhone 5c because I want to buy the iPhone 6s. I was able to sell my used (and broken) phone to iGotOffer. They paid a lot of money for my device, much more than I would expect for my phone with a cracked screen. On top of that, the service was impeccable. I chose to get paid by check and the payment was very fast. I would heartily recommend this company to everyone, it's a great way to make some quick money and they are really good. Five stars!"

"They currently have a device of mine. I've used Gazelle and a few other of these services so I've come to expect that payment comes quickly after a deal is struck, usually less than 48hrs.
IGotOffer has had my device for over a month now, and we agreed on a price four weeks ago. Paypal payment, which barring any bureaucracy they impose on themselves should be immediate. Earlier in the process they would tell me "you will receive payment on Friday", but since they've failed to do that a couple weeks in a row, they've stopped replying to my emails altogether.
When I call, the customer service agent sounds exasperated and says there's nothing he can do, we're experiencing delays, heavy volume, blah blah blah.
I wouldn't send anything in until this shakes out. I have a bad feeling they're going under, and they have to stop paying at some point. I just got unlucky."
