"Given the experience, the cost to benefit ratio was horrible. Stand in line for roughly 2 hours, drive a car for 10 min. Additionally I opted for the upgrade to drive both cars, so I got to stand in line AGAIN for 2 additional hours and drive for another 10 min, instead of getting to do back to back laps as it was explained when I bought the upgrade (had i known, line management was so horrible there would have been no chance I would have upgraded.)
It also sucked standing in line then seeing someone that decided they just wanted a ride along come in and immediately get to go using the same cars, but without waiting in the same line."

"They sent out a last minute email that the "experience" was canceled. My wife and I drove an hour and a half there and a hour and a half back so they could tell us they would re-schedule. They did not offer a refund or offer to cover the cost of transportation."
"I was extremely disappointed in Imaginelifestyles. I had wanted this to be a "lifetime experience" for my husband and neither one of us were impressed at all to say the least. I understand some of the reasoning, however, the car he drove was nothing special, the course never really allowed him to accelerate over 70 MPH - we can do that in our vehicles and in a parking lot?? Come on!!! I certainly will not be recommending this to anyone nor will we ever participate in this with your company again.

"When we arrived for our appointment we were told we had to purchase mandatory insurance. This was a complete surprise. It was not disclosed at the time of my order or on my voucher. Then when I received my credit card bill, there was a surcharge on top of the insurance fee! This process was very disappointing. "
