"I ordered two items from ImedMart recently. The only information I received from them was an order confirmation that didn't actually detail the order, but had links to check tracking information, for which they didn't provide a tracking number, but had a link to the My Account section of their site to find it. Five days after I placed the order, I was charged only part of the total amount, and five days after that, only part of the order arrived. (So, 10 days, total, to receive only part of my order.) When I emailed to inquire about the rest of my order, they replied saying simply that it was out of stock and had been removed from my order. I was NOT told that at any time between placing the order and having to ask about it myself. Terrible communication, slow to process/ship the order; the price savings was not worth the aggravation."
