"We've all had plenty of bad customer service experiences online. There are myriad things that can go wrong, and on occasion, they do. This company takes the cake. In fact, I am quite sure they are deliberately screwing me over. I left a note in my order explicitly saying that if anything was backordered to cancel my order. They didn't. They sent everything separately, charged me extra $15 for shipping, and didn't bother contacting me about the backordered items. After I contacted them, they didn't respond to my emails for weeks. What a piece of S$&* company. NEVER AGAIN. "

When I called to cancel, the rep wouldn't do it, saying it was there and would be shipped ASAP. Two days passed, nothing. I ordered several products from this place. I ordered on June 8, 2011 and have been going back and forth with this shoddy company (It's June 17, 2011 today). They have changed my order 3 times. The products they claimed to have in stock have gone missing (yes, that's right) from my order. I received no notice of this all three times. I had to email them to see what was going on with my order.
To make matters EXTREMELY WORSE, they are still charging me the same amount for TAX that was on the previous amount. Isn't this TAX FRAUD? What are they doing with the extra money?
They are also charging me the same amount for shipping!

"I ordered 3 herbs from them on the 2nd of june and paid extra for 3 day delivery. 12 days later i emailed the company telling them this and the lady told me "calm down it will be there today" after that response i told her i wanted my s/h money back and no reply since 2 days later.. Well later that day i got the box from IMEDMART and it seemed awfully heavy for 3 bottles of herbs? well thats becuase it was 7 bags of pistachios..when i called i was the first caller in line they left me on hold so long it just hung up on me...so i called again yesterday and the woman who claimed to be "Annie" MY NAME would not let me talk to her supervisor. told me i had to pay to return the box, and there would be no refund of any sort..DO NOT TRUST THEM.... now i cant even get in touch with anyone for my order!!"
"Very, very poor customer service. Their Representative YELLED AND SCREEMED AT ME and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she told me no one else was there! She told me that orders could not be cancelled. I read a review below on Imed Mart from someone saying they couldn't get a refund - that they were told the product never was returned. I bet they did get the product back and were just saying they didn't. She told me that it wouldn't be fair to them if I cancelled my order or returned the product because they buy product only to fill orders (they have no warehouse)and then when it's returned, they are stuck with it. Isn't that a risk that all business owners take? Isn't that considered good customer service? I think this company has very shady business practices! How could she tell me that orders couldn't be cancelled or returned? Isn't there a law stating that they have to accept returns? I'm not exactly young and have never, in all my life, been treated by ANYONE the way this representative of Imed Mart treated me! At one point,she actually hung up on me (Yep, she did)! I guess they stay in business because their prices are decent but they shouldn't be in business. I'm still shocked at how I was treated and can't believe she argued with me about how they don't accept cancellations or returns because it's unfair to them? AND WHAT'S FAIR TO UNKNOWING CONSUMERS PLACING AN ORDER WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS??"

I always promise to never deal with any internet company that does not have a phone number. In this case they had one, but I did not realize that they have a policy of NEVER picking up phone.
Their direct number non 800# listed is not even theirs at all.
I had the wrong sku's shipped to me, and returning them was not so easy.
It took two weeks for this company to acknowledge that my return items were indeed
return. (even with a delivery confirmation #) Customer service seem almost like children running things.
In the end they did refund my money, so it is not as if this company is not legit.
What it seems to be however, is they do not have a good method of tracking items once they get returned and more over not picking up phone as policy means they are making the wrong choice if they want to continue to exist as an online mechant."
