"After this review was posted Chris e-mailed me and told me I could cancel the order by refusing it. I refused the order as he said he would waive the 15% restocking fee. The refund I received was $5.50 short of what I paid for the shipping.

After I updated this review I received an e-mail telling me I would get a refund for the shipping. They do monitor this site and take care of problems. That is why I revised my rating, they actually do care and this impressed me. I received the refund for the shipping.
