Regarding seller's response: The item in question is a control arm bushing kit for a 1998 Toyota Sienna van. After exactly following the instructions that came with the bushing kit, I could not get the bushings installed into the control arm so I brought the parts to a machine shop (which does this kind of work on a daily basis) to be assembled. The shop followed the same procedures that they use for all polyurethane bushing installs - they could not get the parts assembled either, and one of the bushings was damaged in the process. The shop indicated that there was absolutely no way that the bushings that were sold to me could be installed into the control arm, which I had already suspected. The instructions said to "gently tap the bushing into the control arm with a rubber mallet" - this couldn't be farther from the truth. This bushing kit MIGHT fit the several other vehicles they are selling it for, but it definitely DOES NOT FIT a 1998 Toyota Sienna."
