"A sound warning to stay away from this group entirely. They will take your order, charge your credit card, send an incomplete order confirmation and then nothing. If you are able to finally reach them via telephone, they claim that the order is out of stock and have no explanation whey they would charge when it is out of stock, why they would not notify of this and why they will not respond to emails.

"I bought pair of Honda Accord rotors from them last year and around 5 months before there was shuddering and shaking and they were warped in less than 10k miles. I finally contacted them last week and they said they couldn’t warranty them and suspected I drive fast or brake hard and they could sell me better rotors. I declined and said I am normal average driver who uses car car for commenting and not racing. They sell junk and don’t warranty so stay away from these guys. Buy OEM pay higher and have peace of mind I would never do business with them again. You can’t contact them via phone only via email. That’s says this is a crooked outfit. "Item ordered was a cat-back exhaust (646.31 total w/FREE S&H) for a 2014 Nissan Maxima which was on back order from Megan Racing (Manufactor). I knew it was on back order as I checked prior to ordering it from IRP.com, and informed the sales rep that the item was on back-order and getting confirmation from the sales rep at IRP that my findings were correct.
However I placed the order knowing that I would have to wait. Ordered in Oct 2016 and getting the item Dec 28, 2016. Just wanted to thank them with this review on getting a hard to find product and fulfilling the order with no issues/damages/hassle/frustrations.
Thanks for coordinating with Megan Racing on the back-order part and getting 1 unit saved for me. Also thanks for allowing me to order a back-order/OOS part that was not even available in the US during that time.

"I was expecting sub-par service because of the fact that I always seem to run into that when I give a smaller internet merchant (relative to Amazon or eBay) a chance to earn my business. Not so in this case. From the get-go, I was treated very well by Mike (his name keeps coming up in these reviews) and he answered all of my questions. They weren't the cheapest online, but their header on the website said that they would be, so they price matched and shipped them for free. Can't beat that. I thought there was going to be a problem early though, as a promised email receipt never appeared so a few days later I called and as it turns out it went to the wrong email address (it was off by 1 letter). Once that was sorted, I immediately received the receipt. Another problem that arose was that the shocks I had requested were on backorder and so the wait was going to be longer than I realized. But, the parts ended up arriving a FULL WEEK ahead of schedule so I couldn't be happier. All that said, I plan to buy parts from them again in the future. I can't recommend them enough."
