"The first time I ordered everything was fine. My recent order seems to be another story. The order was supposedly shipped on September 10th. I received a URL to check the status on Fedex but after 8 days there is still no sign of it on the tracking web site. I sent an email to Tony Chia yesterday to ask for status but as of yet have not received an answer.

It is now the 21st and I received my order as well as a reasonable explanation of why the shipping carrier had to be changed. I am happy with the service I received except for the lack of timely notification of the changed courier."
