"Shipping was a blatant ripoff. They charged me $15 and it cost no more $5 including the cost of the padded envelope. It would have been $1.80 by first class with delivery confirmation. Audio and video of the DVD are not synchronized for the first half making it difficult to follow. They neglected to mention that you already need to be extremely flexible AND experienced in yoga to have the slightest chance in hell of doing the second half of the workout. If you need improve your virility, it's probably safe to say you can't balance your bodyweight on your wrists. To make it worse all of the poses are extremely common; buy two random yoga DVDs at Walmart and odds are 95% you'll get all of these poses and more. I have nothing positive to say about this transaction aside from the fact that they actually shipped it."
