"using the service since 2014 i guess, they charge more compare to others for their horrible service, Customer care would not pick the call and it always goes to VM, they auto bill the credit card, but the portal shows negative balance and i could not make the call, It happen few months, and they are not ready to refund the money that was auto bill."
"A one star rating should be self explanatory. Horrible service and call routing. When you have to dial and talk to someone, it will often say, "not a valid account number." Sometimes, the call quality will be very poor. Sometimes, they will route your call through some other number confusing the person on the other end. And the list goes on.

"There is no way to contact service representative at indiald. There is a dormant zendesk ticketing system available for them . No body handles or responds to ticket filed . There is another dormant support line available ***-***-****. No one responds to a call at any given point of time.

I was Told back from india...when i call my family...they r seeing other other than mine. Airtel india has informed my family it is cloning. So Iam not happy about that...and india ld should do something about that."
