"If I could give a zero, I would give 0 rating. I bought 4 really expensive dresses from them . But Indusdiva shipped the products without any DDP ( Customs and excise) receipt. Now all my dresses are stuck for customer clearance and tracking number is showing "Customer Clearance Issue". I contacted with customs and the courier, they informed me that Indusdiva did not maintain any protocol of sending products to abroad, so now they are stuck for clearance!!! Now it is Indusdiva's responsibility to clear the messes and deliver the products that I paid for! I paid taxes, shipping fee everything, so they were supposed to deliver those items at my home. Now when I am trying to contact with Indusdiva as we did not receive any of our products, they are not responding my email/chat. I already tried to contact with them several times. This is so disappointing."

"Don't buy from this online store. I placed an order on Feb 14, 2017 and after the due date of the shipment I asked them when my order will be shipped they never replied to my messages. When I opened the dispute with Paypal they said order has been shipped and asked me to cancel the dispute. I asked to provide the tracking # so I can cancel the dispute. But my order was never shipped so they couldn't provide me the tracking #, but they asked me to cancel the dispute, and now I even don't see my order on IndusDiva website. They completely removed my order without making any refund or shipment. :( :( :( I hope Paypal can resolve this issue and give me the full refund."

"I started wearing salwar kameez a little over two years ago. I have never been any kind of beauty, but I was startled at the compliments I received from men and women of all ages when wearing the indian apparel. I now only wear salwar kameez and people at work got used to it. Both the straight cut or anarkali dress is the perfect shape for an apple shaped person.

I tried a few vendors from amazon, but the quality and the fit varied. I soon learned how to fit the dress to my body size and Indusdiva delivered the best quality of stitching and the most reasonable pricing.

The one time the product received was not up to par, I received a full refund. Also, in the instance where the product did not meed their standard I was offered a replacement or refund.

In terms of timely delivery, they have been on time 80% of the time, and the times the products were delayed for a few days coincided with rush periods of holidays or delay in the customization, so i understand.

I have now ordered more than 100 products from this vendor, and I am glad to get all these ethnic styles from a far away country in a couple of weeks.

The customer service is superb and they are always available through email or chat."

"Placed an order for few outfits with ample time to customize and shipped to USA. Wasn't shipped on the date given. Had to contact them so many times and was given false info as to when it'll ship. Would say they'll email, and won't hear anything for days. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I filled a dispute and received my money back, as I didn't get the order when I needed. I'm pretty sure that had I paid directly, I would never have gotten my money back.

"I can't say enough wonderful things about the service I received or about the saree that arrived - it's the most beautiful Indian or western formal I have ever seen and it looked even better than the photos; I couldn't be more pleased! I was ordering from US for my trip to India, but I wanted it expedited to US so I could try it on and make sure it fit well before my trip rather than sending it to an address in India and they quickly customized it and shipped it so I received it in plenty of time to try it on and make sure I had the right shoe heel height to go with it since I bought it pre-stitched to the petticoat.

When I was shopping, the chat attendant was available for every small question, so that made the ordering process much smoother, as well as the patience and professionalism provided despite my 1,001 questions because I was nervous about my upcoming event and wanted it to be perfect.

"Clothing came stitched as if a 5 year old did it. The outfit was much to big, the top was 6 inches longer than request. I was told I would get store credit for the return shipping, instead I got a voucher that is unusable due to constant sales! When the re-stitched outfits returned it looked like a drunk sewed the patches on because they were not vertical but tilted at an angle. I highly suggest trying a different site that honors their return policy that they have posted on their website. I tried working with Divya and she was unhelpful, all she could say is wait for the sale to end."

"I just received my order today and I am just thrilled with it. I was worried because my order was actually late and hadn't even been started by the ship date and I hadn't been notified. So that got me very worried and concerned that I might have picked the wrong place to go....That was then.

I picked up my package tonight came home and tried them on straight away expecting I was going to have to send at least one back. I opened the package and the suits looked exactly like (or even better than) the photos on the website. So one by one I start trying them on and out of 3 suits all three fit.... PERFECTLY! I can't get over the fit! Even the one that they had to add to (darn these wide hips of mine) looks beautiful and you can't tell there was anything added on.
