"I had to call this company to get tracking info for my package, which was back-ordered so I had to wait—but they didn’t tell me! Then I get the gloves, but they’re too small. So I ask to exchange them, and not only do they not give me a shipping label, but they also charge a 20% restocking fee! Incredible. I’d lose like $15 just exchanging the gloves. Never again. "
"I have ordered gloves once from this company and took 10 days to get when they said they were in stock. When you call they want your name and phone # and say someone will call you back within 24 hours and they don't, You will have to call them back. So I needed to order gloves again and thought maybe I would get better service and I was wrong the service is worse this time than it was before. I placed the order on Dec 12th checked my acct and said order was ready to ship, so i'm thinking go ahead and ship and I responded back to that email and heard nothing back, So on Dec 27th I called and same deal, Can I get your name & phone number and I said to the person on the phone so you can transfer me to a voice mail and she said I'm not sure if someone will answer or not.
So I called back got another person, Same deal, same questions , someone will call you back within 24 hours and I told them someone needs to call back within 24 hours or I will be calling back and that person asked me to be professional about it in which I was both times before. Will see if anyone attempts to call back. I WOULD HIGH RECOMMEND TO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE."
