"Overall, a pleasant experience shopping online with IndySuperbikes. The prices were the lowest that I found. However, the difference saved was forfeited with higher shipping costs, so overall, a wash. They did, however, carry products that were not readily available many other places.
Delivery was a bit of an issue. The initial order was made on May 10, 2012. On May 25, I contacted IndySuperbikes, as I had not yet received a shipping notice. The representative stated that the products (Galfer HH and Kevlar brake pads) were to have been shipped directly from the manufacturer in California. Apparently something had gone wrong, but following this call, the products shipped the next day, and the new order date was shown as May 25. Not sure who dropped the ball, but mistakes do happen, and IndySuperbikes quickly and efficiently resolved the error. Still twenty-two days is an unusually long time to wait for delivery, (especially when your bike is down). Overall though, a good experience with this reseller, and I would shop with them again."
