"The website is excellent. It's very friendly and easy to navigate. I was impressed at how easily I could find parts specifically for my bike. The prices are also excellent. By far the lowest prices I've found on Cobra pipes. However, I am very dissatisfied with shipping and/or customer service. I placed my order on a Wednesday morning. By that afternoon I got a confirmation of my order and was told that I would get a tracking number as soon as it shipped. On that Friday I still hadn't recieved a tracking number. I called and was told that the order had not shipped because it was coming from a different warehouse. I think I finally got a tracking number Monday night, then the order arrived Thursday. Once they actually shipped; it was all smooth. I think there needs to be better communication between warehouses and more priority given to getting orders out quicker. I am still considering more purchases from this company. I just hope my parts arrive quicker next time."
