"Ordered a Puig racing screen for my SV1000S. Indysuperbikes had the best price including shipping than any other local or online store. Ordered the product on 8/11 at 4:45PM EST. Received order confirmation the next morning.

Waited 6 days without any updates from the company about the part status. I emailed their customer service and got a response within 4 hours. They apologized for the delay saying it had to be ordered direct from the manufacturer first and said the product was ready to ship that day. Part shipped 8/17 and showed up on my doorstep via UPS on 8/19.

Despite my order hanging without any updates for 6 days I'm still pleased with the service. Customer service said what they were going to do and made it happen. The product showed up as advertised so I am happy with this purchase.
