"Very let down by the level of service. As of today 7/22/09 I have still to get the completed order. I’m a racer and left plenty of time before my event, However I’m still without all my parts. If parts are backorder on not available the customer should be told. Rather than send the customer a tracking number to and order that is incomplete with an email saying the order has shipped. ONLY TO GET THE ORDER AND FIND IT IS NOT ALL THERE! After contacting Indy Superbike I was told its being drop shipped. No tracking no delivery date nothing! if I didn't call to follow up nothing would have happened. I would still be waiting. oh yeah I am still waiting!"

"I was happy with the sale. I was however mis- informed thinking that the order would be shipped right out to me. I had to wait a long time to get the helmet I ordered. I was charged right away for the item. Meanwhile, I found a better price for the same helmet but did not want to start the same process of waiting for refunds and credits so I waited for the product. I am happy with the helmet and I received it in one piece so I am greatful for that small miracle. All in all, this company was very good, I would recommend them to all,and shop there again."
