"Going on 2 months now and still haven't received all of my parts. Their website doesn't always work when I try to send messages. Waiting on hold for customer service is hit and miss. Weird stuff going on with their call system. I could hear someone else's customer service call while I was waiting and listening to the hold music? Weird. Just spent a half an hour on hold.

Originally tried to order parts that were shown as in stock. They e-mail me and tell me I can't order a certain part because their is no ETA. Okay fine. Go back to the website to order different parts and the part I originally wanted is shown as order able. Call them up and get told no you can't order that part.........FIX YOUR WEBSITE.

I would never recommend these people and I'm currently contemplating a little social media campaign of dropping negative reviews of them wherever I go. This is the worst experience I've ever had trying to get auto parts."
