"I was searching for a dashboard panel for my G37 Infiniti and they had this panel listed at a discount, so on 8/10/23 I ordered it, and paid for it, including the $300 shipping charge and then a day later they send me an email stating that they don’t have a pallet large enough to ship the item so my only option is to pick it up at the dealership, which is over 900 miles from where I live. The other lame excuse was they shipped these items before but had damage claims. I find that hard to believe since the items are normally shipped to the dealership without damage claims. My belief is, they did not want to let the item go for the discounted price and used the lame excuse mentioned. So, it does not say much for the integrity of ORLAND Park Infiniti."
