"I've been doing business with this company for a long time. and it has always been pretty good. but now for some reason their website won't take my debit card for orders, it won't let me send company messages and on my last order I couldn't get an answer to why it was wrong. so I'll still get cartridges but they're not going to be my #1 go to like they were. I do use about 3 companies to buy my ink cartridges so I'll probably buy more from them now.

"Customer service did contact me initially and we hoped it was just a fluke that my cart wasn't printing properly. I don't use my printer much, just here and there, maybe a couple times a month. I ordered a genuine HP 15 cart and it came in a white box with no expiration date and was from Ireland which seemed strange, but I went with it. It does not print fully half the time! Customer service issued me a full refund. So I'm somewhat satisfied."
"Sent fake cartridges that ruined printer. They were cheap refills when I was told they were genuine. Not only did they not work, the leaked all over my printer. As a result I had to throw it away. I should have known based on other customer reviews. It is not worth saving a couple dollars, buy somewhere else so you don't ruin your printer. Company was no help in refunding the cartridges. "
