Fake cartridges, ruined printer.
"Sent fake cartridges that ruined printer. They were cheap refills when I was told they were genuine. Not only did they not work, the leaked all over my printer. As a result I had to throw it away. I should have known based on other customer reviews. It is not worth saving a couple dollars, buy somewhere else so you don't ruin your printer. Company was no help in refunding the cartridges."
