"I ordered the New black and color, HP 901 cartridges. The black one was so dried out, It left just a couple of spot marks on
the paper. And the color was so
faint that UPS had to redo the
label I had printed for shipping. I wrote to the Company, sent them a copy of my invoice. It's been a week and no reply, which is terrible customer service and I'm out the money I paid for useless, dried up, cartridges. There is nothing about this company to recommend unless you want to be throwing money away. I thought going outside of where I normally shop to buy direct from an ink company would be a good experience, terrible experience."
"I bought remanufactured cartridges for my Canon printer from Inksmile. Non of them worked. I contacted Inksmile twice through their Customer Support link. Never got a response. stuck with cart
ridges that don't work and out the money I spent. Will never buy from them again."

"I ordered ink 7/28. They shipped 7/30. To a blend of my billing/shipping address ... so no such place. I tried to call but it's only a recording. Emailed several times and they wrote back it was shipped. No help, no offer to resend when the misdirected package gets returned to them. Just wrote me off with "it shipped that's our policy" save yourself the trouble and buy from anyone else."
"I ordered inkjet cartridges for an HP OfficeJet Pro 8500A. All 4 cartridges were expired and when installed, the ink quality was very poor as the ink was barely visible. I contacted InkSmile's customer service by email immediately but didn't receive a reply for 13 days. By this time I had already disputed the charge with my credit card company, so perhaps the CC company's contact with the merchant is what prompted their reply to me. InkSmile instructed me to clean the print head where the ink is jetted out from (which I did), but this did not improve print quality at all. I emailed a 2nd time, again requesting a refund, which I will continue to pursue through the credit card dispute process since InkSmile evidently doesn't stand behind their product or service."
"Ordered "new" HP cartridges for my printer. Received them timely. Unfortunately, they were all expired- dated back to 2014. Computer sends out an expired warning and will not print from these worthless cartridges. Who sends 6 year expired cartridges in 2020??? Complete fraud. Has not responded to my written request for a refund."
