"What a horrendous experience I had with this company. Their remanufactured cartridges are inferior quality Chinese made. You’ll get what you pay for and it’s a big waste of time and money. Their sales staff are rude and hostile. I will never again do business with this company, never! MoneyGrabber sounds more fitting than InkGrabber."
"Ridiculous! I spend $80 on 4 black inks, 2 colors for my Dell printer. 3 of the 4 blacks and both colors are worthless. You'd think I was printed in striped gray and all blue! I contacted customer service and they stated they'd refund me but I have to send them all back, and since I got free shipping, they are going to deduct 4.95 from the refund to cover Their shipping to me... What a joke! Customer service email reply simply states once you send those back, we will review them and then submit a refund check within 4-6 weeks. What?? So I am going to trust a company like that to take back their damaged product, and wait around almost 2 months for a refund? I spoke with a rep on the phone and stated that about a week ago I already sent 2 of the inks out before putting in the others that ended up damaged too. He said I should have got a tracking number then and it's not their responsibility to that damaged ink gets back to them and reminded me I only have 90 days for items to be Returned, Processed and then get a refund... I told him I have a receipt stating exactly where the return was going..
Given the shuddy customer service, I'm guessing I won't get a return on the 2 I've sent.
I thought I was getting a deal on comparison ink since Dell ink is pretty pricey and only available through limited sources, instead I got nothing but a waste of money and frustration!"
"I had used inkgrabber before but never again. They offer and we purchased a set of cartridges labeled on their website as compatible for the Epson cx4200. However two of the cartridges (out of 10) were oversize and would not fit. They refused to send me the correct ones and said they didn't have any in stock, and suggested I return the oversize ones, which I did, at my own cost. They refunded me $7 on $14 worth of cartridges, which barely covered the cost of shipping them back. They have sent back the numerous emails I have sent for clarification with little information, and quoting policies that do not show on their website. They never explained how they calculated the partial return. Also I have called them, but they do not call back. SO I would never do business with a company that doesn't honor its mistakes, I probably could have sold the cartridges on eBay for more than the net $2 I got back, and I still had to order the correct cartridges from another, more reliable supplier."
"I placed a couple orders with this company and had no problem except a couple cartridges seemed to run out kind of quickly. When I bought a new printer, I asked if I could exchange unopened ink cartridges for ones that would fit my new printer. They said sure! In fact, I was told that I could even exchange cartridges that had over 50% ink remaining, for the new models. I packed up a total of 22 cartridges, downloaded the free return shipping label, shipped them, and never had anything returned back to me. According to them, "nothing ever arrived." Not a bad deal for them; they offer free return shipping that costs them $6, and in return, come out of it with 22 cartridges that can be resold to someone else. I was asked for a tracking number, which isn't provided when shipped with their prepaid return lable. Customer service reps don't even fully read the email before they issue their response, which at most, is a line or two. You can't reach them by phone (message machine) and customer service won't return calls when asked in emails. Instead they insist on NOT answering your questions, and following it with, "please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions," which is especially ironic because they never answer the question presented them! The money I may have saved by buying recycled cartridges, was gone, along with a lot more, once they "lost" the 22 I returned. I learned my lesson, so don't make the same mistake I did, DEAL ELSEWHERE! "
"I've used Inkgrabber many times and have ZERO complaints. All shipments were timely, the ink lasts longer than others I've tried and any time I've had an issue they've been very responsive. In fact once a shipment was mis-directed and they sent me another shipment w/o charge. And no, I don't work for or own shares in the company."
"Ordered a color cartridge from them and had a problem with it. Called the number listed on their contact page. Got a person who was courteous and said they would send a replacement and just discard the bad one. Within a few days I got the replacement which worked just fine. Wish I had reordered from them when I needed the black. Will do so this next month. "
"I had a very bad experience with Inkgrabbers. I ordered ink, then I had to return the ink because I purchased a different machine. They authorized the return. I was then advised that it was too late, the date was past where they would accept it. It was not, but asked for my ink back. The package arrived, filled with smashed cartridges, ink leaked out everywhere. I have pictures and emails to support my claim. They refused a refund even though they were clearly, obviously at fault. They are not as customer-friendly as they might like you to believe. They ripped me off ... and I hope they don't rip you off. "I do not recommend this company. I placed an order on March 12th for four ink cartridges (all different). They arrived a week later and the HP 15 cartridge (basic black) for a Deskjet 940C did not work. Inkgrabber sent out another one, only for it to arrive leaking (hemmoraging) ink. They made me print out a return label (difficult to do when you don't have ink). I had to go out of my way and email it to a friend who then had to print it off at her work and I had to go pick it up. They wouldn't send out another one until they received the leaking cartridge (which I sent two days later). The turn around time was ANOTHER two weeks and the third cartridge arrived damaged (on April 7th, almost a month later). I've used companies that sell refilled ink before and have never had these issues. I just sent my husband to Walmart to get the ink cartridge. I should have done that in the beginning. Do not use inkgrabber unless you enjoy getting junk that doesn't work."
