"I purchased a Dell all in One online 2/27/2007 and when I received it no printer cartridges were installed or included. I ordered a black and a color from ink grabber. I was billed immediately but didn't receive the color until last week 4/20 and still have not received the black. I was originally relayed I would get my cartridges in 5-7 days! Never again!!I still have not received thae black cartridge and it is 5/7! There is no number to call or people to talk with!!!It is now May 16 and I still have not received the black cartridge. The color cartridge was received with a note that the black will be sent seperately but the black was on 'Quality Control Hold!'"

"1st order 2-23-06 was for HP-45 and HP-23, the 23 color cartrige had no blue, I called and they gave me an RMA number and printed a mailing label and sent it back around 3-3-2006, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND ON 1ST ORDER. On 3-2-2006 after calling for RMA on 1st order I ordered another HP-23 to replace the defective one, it also had no blue color, I confirmed it was not my printer by buying an OEM cartridge and it works fine, I called again adn got an RMA number and mailing label and sent it back on 3-14-2006, no refund on that one yet either. So to sum up, two bad cartridges in a row, ok providing mailing lables and RMA numbers, but caliming they have not received my returns yet, sounds a little like a rip off to me."

I had one small problem with my order. I emailed them and told them what the problem was. Their response was swift, accurate, courteous and exactly what I wanted.

(And if you haven't already done so, switch away from this overpriced stuff the oems sell- I used to cringe every time I printed a page because the Canon ink was so expensive; now I print with a smile on my face because I'm paying less than a third of what I used to pay for ink. Search the web for comparisons of Canon Ink VS. Ink Grabber ink (G&G brand!). The difference is negligable (it takes serious analysis to even notice the difference) and if you want, you can calibrate it out with color adjustments in software.

Now I just wish I'd just done this a long time ago!
