"I ordered an item named "Hot Buy - 7 Pack Canon BCI-6 - 2 Black 1ea. C, M, Y, PC, PM" from InkjetMadness. I quickly received a well-packed shipment of printer ink that wasn't made by Canon and wasn't part #BCI-6. The website didn't indicate that this ink wasn't made by Canon, but customer service was quick to respond and very upfront that Inkjetmadness doesn't sell any Genuine Canon Ink. The RMA process was easy enough, but I never received any confirmation that the store received my return shipment. A full refund (including shipping) appeared on my credit card three weeks after I dropped the package off for return at the post office."

"Purchased Blk Cyan Magenta and Yellow for Canon i560. The printer worked perfectly before the purchase. Afterward there was no black printing. They sent me another Blk and it still wouldn't print.

"I bought two inkjet cartridges. One of them was damaged: not recognized by the printer. It was sent back immediately. In a month I got back a package. The cartridge in it was brocken and it behaved the same way as the damaged one. I assumed the they just sent me back the one that was broken before. After email conversation with the store I sent it back and hav never heard from them again. Now they claim that my last parsel had not been received in 4 month."

"Ordered some refill ink for my Epson printer on April 19. Package arrived next day by USPS! Definately my location helped as I live only a few miles from them, but that is great service. "Great experience. FAST shipping. I bought 2 x black hp #56 ink cartridges ($16 each), when they arrived I threw one into my printer and printed a test page - it was very grainy, I was disappointed, then I said...well it's remanufactured, it may need to be warmed up a bit, and sure enough it prints as well as the $28 retail one! I am still wondering whether it's worth it to buy color cartridges at this place because when I print photos, I want them to look very good, and the only way to get "very good" is by using retail ink cartridges; however, these remanufactured ones may perform identically."

"I purchased some generic ink cartridges from Inkjetmadness recently. The cartridges didn't work in my printer so I e-mailed them. I got a response right away that told me to ship them back. The next thing that I knew, my credit card had a credit from Inkjetmadness !!!!!!

With so many companies online that are so hard to deal with, this was a breath of fresh air!!

I would deal with them again.
