"I have purchased the butterfly garden and insect lore multiple times before and my nieces and nephews love the kit and enjoy watching them grow and setting them free. The last shipment I received was during our first heat wave of the season here on the East Coast, and the insect lore was shipped from California. Sadly the caterpillars arrived deceased due to the ungodly temperatures. My nieces birthday was today and I received the first shipment last Wednesday. One call to customer service to explain the problem and they happily overnighted me a new shipment free of charge. I did expect to be given another shipment free of charge, but did expect and plan on paying the shipping charges required for me to receive the caterpillars so quickly. I was pleasantly suprised by the customer service rep when she said they would overnight them free of charge. Excellen company with amazing customer service.
