Then today, called to speak with someone to verify that a power cable came with the device and I wouldn't need to order one, and the phone call was answered with a person who said "Hey." I thought I had called a private number, so I asked if it was MacMall and a very unprofessional conversation started where the person then said they had a cold? WTF? I am empathetic, but seriously this was the most unprofessional phone call I have ever had with a business. I would not tolerate this behavior from my high school students, and they know better."
