Over a month and 5 different shipping dates before I finally received the product

"I placed an order on 8/11 for a product that should have been easy to ship. Every time I've been given a date for when this product would ship, that date has passed and no updates given. I've called multiple times over 3 weeks and every time I called, the date was pushed back. I have ZERO faith that they have any idea what they are doing over there. They work with a distribution company so this should be super simple but I can't get a straight answer out of them.

If you need something quickly, I would recommend steering clear of PCMall as they simply can't deliver on their promises in my experience.

I got a response from this review on another site but no actual contact info...

Rodel sent me his contact info and he is attempting to track the issue down for me now. I will continue to update this with additional info as it comes in.

Update 3 - 9/7:
Was told product was shipping out yesterday and they'd have a tracking number for me shortly. Gave them more than 24 hours and even called them again and left a message but no updates to my order online and no calls or emails back with the tracking number. Can anyone at PCMall/TIgerDirect give me an accurate statement about when this order will ship??? This now makes 3 1/2 weeks and 4 different shipment dates and still no product.

Update 4 9/8:
Got the call back and surprise, surprise, when I was told the item was shipping out on 9/6, yet again, the information given to me from PCMall was incorrect and they are now saying it will ship on 9/20.

At this point, to say I'm disappointed would be the understatement of the year. I should probably just cancel the order, but now I'm vested and want to see if their Customer Service can dig themselves out of this hole and actually deliver me the product they promised weeks and weeks ago.

I'll continue to update this but again, I would recommend against purchasing ANYTHING from them unless they can guarantee the shipment date and the product is currently in stock in their warehouse and even then, you may experience what I have where the info given is completely incorrect. It's a crap shoot...

Update 5 - 9/20
I'm extremely happy to report that I finally received the product. A full month and change longer than they said it would take and if I hadn't been the squeaky wheel, I probably wouldn't have gotten it by this point. They still get the one star for the extreme hassle that this was.
