When I have questions, the staff have always been extremely help but more importantly, they are very patient with me and my relative lack of Mac knowledge. I know PC's inside and out and the staff is excellent and at explaining Mac things in relation to have similar things are done on PC's. And they do it in a very kind and courteous way.
