"I tried to get my computer customized the way I wanted. However, there was a delay associated with some software. The website directed me to contact customer service to find out how long the delay might be. I called and the person couldn't answer my question. I then followed up by asking how this may impact my order and they didn't understand (would I get the machine and a code for downloading the software later? Most new laptops don't have optical drives). I had to ask to be transferred to someone more knowledge and their answer was I would need to buy a separate optical drive just to download and install the software myself. over 30 minutes of "service" to get at an answer that could have been resolved if the option had simply been removed from the customization menu."

"they listed a product that wasn't available anymore. told me I would receive it 9 days after ordering, only to find out on that day it wasn't supposed to listed on the site. They just cancelled the order, but I was left waiting for over a week for something no one could give a simple answer about. Customer service needs to step up their game and communicate with other departments and not lie to customers be cause they are too lazy to follow through."
