We tried to contact customer service and never got in touch with anyone. My son really wanted it, so for his birthday we purchased the modified controller and he loves it."
"I must say, this product works great. I watch the video on how to install this like 12 times. I bought a soldering kit for this because it seem like the best way to hold everything together and I needed one any way. I took my time and followed the video on youtube and everything worked out just fine. For people who have no soldering skill like myself it is best to install this on a Martix controller board due to the fact it can be very hard to hit that sycn point on the controller board. There are other ways to install the intensafire, it comes with a type of glue to put on your points then let dry. Not my place to speak on since i did not utilize this method. Over all i had a fun time installing the intensafire 3.0 and will buy another one soon just because intesafirestore.com made it really easy to do this time around."
