"I don't trust ordering anything online so I was very skeptical when I placed my order.
I did nott receive any kind of order confirmation, I tried calling Customer Service and all I got was a busy signal, therefore I never received any order#. I placed my order back in February and no long have my invoice#.
I did finally receive my order which was a major relief! It was packaged safe and works great!"

"gave to my son on march 12 the purple light didnt work he tried using it it didnt function right sent three emails and had to call and finally got a letter with address to send back I am changing review to good cause they have promised to send a new controller and pay the shipping for old one and new one If I do so. "Price and the product is great.
I tried to install it to the controllers motherboard with solder and I was able to attach to all points except the sync button. I have never soldered before.
I tired to use the glue that was supplied with the kit but the glue spread out during the drying process covering up all contact points on the sync button. The controller does not work now.
I will have to buy another kit and attempt this again. The install seems easy at first until you get to the sync button. I wish there was an easier way to connect it to the controller."

"After checking around for the best places to get a controller already with a pre-installed rapid fire, I decided to get one here. The order shipped the same day and was at my house in like 3 days or something. Anywaysz I just synced my controller with my xbox and was instantly going with rapid fire. It also works with all my games I need it to and is "stealth" on the live network.

So yeah, all in all I am happy with this place and my brother already wants one for Christmas!"
