"I would say in the average year, the majority of my clothing purchases are through Intermix due to a great selection of clothing found in one place. Those that work at the majority of the stores across the US (Chicago Gold Cost as the only exception) are usually snobby and rude for no reason. Sometimes it feels like you are working for them or trying to impress them? I try to avoid going into the stores at all costs.
The website needs to be improved though. Whatever back end technology they have to calculate the amount of availability they sell to a customer seems defunct. I frequently get e-mails that the item has sold out after they have confirmed the order with me and then I get a note for 15% of any FULL PRICED item in the current month as a consolation. That is infuriating as no other store I frequently shop at (Neiman Marcus, Netaporter, Moda Operandi, Nordstrom, Saks) has that issue. I've easily spent more than 100K in the past three years at this store and it seems to mean nothing when I call to complain. Between that and getting UPS order shipped confirmations 5 or 6 days before the item has even shipped (meaning the time it estimates to get to you is completely inaccurate), I'd venture to guess their back end system needs a major upgrade. I would also guess I'll be finding other stores to shop at in the meanwhile. "

It is just a short sad note about customer service in your store in Palm Beach. Every second Friday I have a business lunch in a restaurant located on Worth Avenue. I love merchandise in Intermix and I was used to stop in the store very frequently. Unfortunately it has changed. My experience with some stylists/shop assistants is sad and horrible. They are nice only if you buy, and if you do not buy, they completely ignore you, they even do not greet. During one of my last visits there were Roli, Alexis and another girl working (these two names I found on your website). None of them greeted, no conversation, no help offered. Very unprofessional and shocking customer service from Intermix employees. They absolutely need some customer service training. They think too highly about themselves and they show it. "
"I am a frequent intermix shopper and love their selection of top fashion brands. However, ordering online and their online customer service has to be the WORST I have ever experienced. I've had my orders processed only to wait months later to get a cancelled notice. Shameful that their online ordering and customer service isn't reflective of the brand they are suppose to be."
