"I ordered my 2 bustiers on April 16, 2013 and just received it today May 28, 2013. I knew that it was going to take awhile to get and I was okay with that as long as the product was great. And the look of it is, yet I ordered an XL which I am in everything including other bustiers that I have and I followed the sizing chart and it said fits dress size 14-16 which I am a 14 and yet the product literally fits half of me. I am so disappointed after all the time I waited it fits maybe someone who is a size Medium. Very disappointed :( "

"Do NOT expect to receive all your items. I ordered several items before Christmas that were said to be "in stock" but a couple days later the company sent me an email saying one of the items (the most expensive) was temporarily out of stock and would be shipped separately. Fine, I get that -- a simple inventory mistake. The other stuff took 1 1/2 MONTHS to be delivered, but the out of stock item never showed up EVEN THOUGH I WAS CHARGED FOR IT.
I contacted the company in February, asking for a refund and they told me it was going to take a while because of the Chinese Spring Festival, but the refund was never issued. I contacted IntimatesCare.com again in late March, but they are no longer responding. I paid through PayPal, but the company says it's too late to contest the charge.
Long story short, IntimatesCare ripped me off. They led me on until it was too late to challenge the charge through PayPal.
BEWARE: the prices are cheap, but they may take your money and run like they did with me."

"I ordered several things on Jan 25 and it's Feb 20 and I still have not received the whole order. I just got the first part of it 3 days ago. I paid for a tracking number and was never able to track my package and still can't find the rest of my order. When I first stumbled upon this website the prices were too good to be true and this held true. I live in the US and will not purchase anything from this company again. I can't get anyone to respond to the many emails that I have written and still do not know the status of the rest of my order. Heads up.....if your planning on something you order to get here on time for any event you may be going to, don't count on it. The photos are great but the quality of the merchandise is poor to say the least. Still unsatisfied as I can't get anyone to even email me and let me know about the rest of my order that I paid for.
