"Placed my order and received my rug 5 days later. Excellent tracking via Fed Ex and rug delivered within exact timeframe stated. Rug was folded and well packaged in industrial polythene with absolutely no damage to packaging or rug. Excellent service from start to finish. I unfolded rug and was very pleasantly surprised how few creases and rucks were present. Vacuumed straight away and rug was virtually completely flat - any remaining rucks were very slight and I am highly confident will relax in a day or two.
