"I adore the rug.
It was delivered folded (didn't expect that) and the polythene covering was torn in 2 x places. Courier just left it at front of house, did not knock and although we were in, we didn't realise it had been delivered. We tend to use the side entry and had not seen it so it was outside from when it had been dropped off. We only saw it in the evening, so had it been raining that day, the rug would've been ruined.
Having said that, we were fortunate in it being a glorious day. The rug has lost all its creases , has flattened beautifully and looks the Bee's Knees! Love it to bits and the colours have given me food for thought regarding decorating the rest of the room. Thank you"
