"We purchased a Kilim Maymana Hall Runner Rug in the half price sale: where payment was easy and it arrived extremely quickly (5 days earlier than expected) and there were no problems with it coming over from the USA, & no problems with duty or anything like that, which is what the website promised. The colours are exactly like the picture and the quality and weight is good: just what we would expect from this type/make of rug. We had read some bad reviews about iRugs so were a bit nervous about purchasing from here, but we were not let down. Some people had put about their rugs being very light or thin but in my experiance - some rugs are just like that depending on what you buy! Back when I was young, my mother & stepfather had some very expensive silk Persian rugs - which were very light and very thin... but apparently worth a fortune... so who knows? Anyhow: we love our Kilim Rug... It's perfect in our hall and every time I walk on it I am delighted. :)"
"I had been searching for a while for the perfect rug in my lounge. Finally finding the colour and size on irugs, I was excited to put my order in. The next day I browsed the reviews on trustpilot only to find some very disappointed reports.
I am keen to post this review and let people know that my experience with irugs was exceptional **** I had constant emails to let me know when it was arriving. It took five days to arrive. The colour and pattern was exactly as pictured. The quality is amazing, tightly knotted, thick pile and soft to the touch.
