The Edge semi-flush light from Toltec Lighting you purchased is a quality piece. Our team packages our orders very well. I am certain you will be pleased with your purchase. Secondly, thank you for taking the time to post a review to bring this to our attention. I was not aware of the pop-up issues you are experiencing. I did see that you were able to place your order, which our Order Desk Team has processed this morning. We have plenty of stock and will be sure to have your order shipped out today to get it to you as soon as possible. They will email you tracking later today when it ships so you can follow it to your home. Coming from our MS warehouse to your location in WA by FedEx, you should see your order by Monday, June 3rd at the latest. If FedEx delivers on Saturdays or Sundays in your area, you could see it even sooner during the weekend prior.

"I placed a $1700 purchase online and the system allowed me to complete the purchase. Upon calling to confirm the item was in stock, I was advised it was not available. While I was disappointed the system did not inform me the stock was low or unavailable, the owner took the time to personally call me to apologize and hear out my experience of the sale and to ask how they could improve the system to avoid it happening again to me or anyone. I appreciated the sincerity and the desire to improve and remedy the purchase experience. "
