This time for "unlocked" status that they clearly didn't check as the phones were unlocked. They did put the value back to the original offer but only after I had to have them reevaluate. "

We’ve had a lot of issues in the past with Xfinity devices having erratic SimLock/ESN statuses and with these prior issues combined with the significant market value difference between an MVNO and a major carrier, we've had to practice a little more caution.

Low and behold the day they “inspected” my phone they told me that there was screen but. In and ghost shadows on the screen. Which is 100% not true. My phone was in mint condition it lived in a life proof case it’s entire life. And there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. My offer got cut from $264 to $136. I just figured something like this would happen because companies like to talk you up then go oh sorry here’s almost half what we offered and we still have your item so either take it or we will take our sweet time sending it back to you. I told them to reinspect it and if the offer doesn’t go back I’m having the send it back and I’ll be sure to contact them everyday until it’s back in my hands"
“Unfortunately, regardless of how durable the case or how careful we are with our devices, OLED screens are incredibly susceptible to this issue. Pixels degrade evenly over time but when there are constant images, logos, or icons displayed, pixels can degrade unevenly resulting in what is referred to as “burn in”. I’ve attached a photo of your device below to provide reference.

In order to repair this issue, the entire screen assembly will need to be replaced. These repairs can take hours and the parts necessary can range from $95-$150. These costs and the difficulty involved considered, the deduction for this issue can unfortunately become rather sizable.
