"It’s worth more is a legitimate company but they NEVER pay what they quote. My phone was in excellent condition. It lived in an otter box from the time I bought it. But when it’s worth more examined it they claimed it was not in excellent condition and deducted $60 from their original quote. I opted to take the lesser amount because I didn’t feel like dealing with it. It was an ok amount but I feel they do the bait and switch. I did get my money so it is a legit company but if you really took care of your phone you will not get it’s real value. "

We’re unable to bypass any major carrier finance plans, these devices must be listed as-is with mention of the ESN status, resulting in a significant impact to the market value of the device. These phones can be blacklisted by the carrier resulting in an inability to activate them on an account for their intended use. Buyers are only willing to pay their value in parts and due to this, we make a percentage based deduction.

I see that you did ship your offer 2/18, however we did not receive it until 2/24. Because of the severe weather we’ve been experiencing throughout the United States, major shipping services have been encountering delays due to safety concerns. Although we received your offer 2/24, completed an evaluation, and sent payment same-day, our expedited processing fee includes 2-day shipping, as well. Because you weren’t provided 2-day shipping as promised, we absolutely agree that the $30.00 should and will be refunded to you.
After the evaluation was completed on your offer, the iPhone X was reduced due to Face ID no longer functioning. Because this is such an incredibly difficult feature to fix, it’s a repair we can’t perform. The item will need to be listed as-is with mention of the inoperative security feature as well as other functions that could no longer operate if the Face ID failure is related to a defect within the TrueDepth camera system. This results in a significant reduction to the market value of the device as buyer interest plummets at the mention of repairs that could require a costly Apple Certified technician, let alone an issue with a security feature as crucial as Face ID. Unfortunately, because of the above, a sizable adjustment was necessary for this device.

"I ordered Ipad. 8 days later ( told it would be 2 day shipped) still not delivered and no ETA. We did have bad weather so I did not say anything until now when it is still saying in Memphis and nothing else. I called customer service the person told me there is no other information they can give me and to just keep checking. The supervisor, Pablo, then tells me that is true. Once I told him he can do more and call fed ex , get answers and if it lost replace it. He reluctantly agreed to reach out to their fed ex account manager but only by email and that he would get back to me when ever he was able to get more information. Terrible, Terrible, think twice before believing their reviews!"

Although we understand the frustration of not getting an order when you expect it, we would like to mention that under normal circumstances the 2-day shipping period goes off without a hitch. However, during the time that you had placed your order, much of the country was getting hit with a deadly and severe winter storm.
This gravely impacted every shipping service as one of their primary hubs is located in Memphis, TN. With the majority of their packages passing through it, all of their processing essentially came to a full stop throughout this storm. This was both due to not being able to have planes and trucks come in, but also because of the danger it presented to their workers. Even after the clearing of the storm, they are having to deal with the back log of all of the packages that were stuck in various different locations and as such, it’s taking a while to get caught up.
We truly wish we could have provided more information for you at the time, but FedEx couldn’t provide updates due to the uncertainty of the situation. For this reason, all that we could relay to you was what we were advised by FedEx – to give it time. This understandably was not an option for you, and as such, we proceeded with issuing a full refund for your order and handling the return with FedEx directly to try and make things easier on you.

"I sent in my less than year old MacBook Air 2020 that was in flawless shape and got only 35% of its original value. I guess the Apple Silicon Macs have disrupted the resale market -- but in hindsight I should have just asked for my unit back. They did confirm they received it in "flawless" grade-A condition with original box -- but only gave me $775 for a fully loaded machine that I paid $2200 for only 10 months prior. What'll disgust me is if I see them selling it for $1000 more than they paid me for it. I don't think I'll use ever IWM again after this experience, nor recommend my customers shop with them. They were slow to process the trade, slow to send the check, and really low-balled on the cash trade price.
I understand its a business flipping units, but mine was in flawless condition and I feel taken advantage of. Deeply regret my decision and should have just sold it myself for $1,700. Lesson learned... these guys look at the units only as a line item on a spreadsheet and don't reward the real grade-A quality units they get. Now that the check cleared, I'm writing the review and am done with them -- y'all are the Carmax of the resale Macs. And that isn't a complement. Boo!"
