"I sent this company two cellular devices a week and half ago. They said they received it and wanted an email address to process my money via zelle. I received a text message saying it went to an account that Is no longer active. That account did have zelle but it was associated with my phone number not my email address (the email I provided them was associated with an active account) I quickly called the company to inform them and they said the money had been sent to the bank. I contacted my bank and they said my account was closed and they never received the funds. I have been going back and forth with the bank and this company for about 5 business days. The company will not sent my money ($610.00) until there system says the money has been returned. They made the mistake and now I’m out two phones and $610.00. They have not called me to follow up, no emails, not even a text message. I’m chasing them down for my money that they messed up on. I do not recommend this place to be open it’s such bad business practice. When I asked for a solution it was to call everyday and check the status. If my funds are not received by end of this week I will be filing a lawsuit against this company. "
