"I was quoted about $900 for my iMac that was in pristine condition. It was exactly as I got it from Apple with the exception of a RAM upgrade from 8GB to 32GB. I sent it in with the original box, cables, and accessories expecting my $900 minus the shipping insurance I got. I get a counter offer back with them saying that the screen adhesive was coming undone so they dropped the offer by $400. When I asked them to send evidence of it, they sent me a close up of both sides. There's less than a millimeter of misalignment with the front glass. I went back and looked at the photos from the day I got it. That same misalignment is there. They also failed to put the Serial Number on the display in the "About this Mac" menu ON THE SCREEN like I asked, and instead just showed me the box. Do not trust this company, do not send them your device, they'll only waste your time."
