"The actual items that I ordered were received in satisfactory shape. However, there was no information at all re: whether they can be put in a dishwasher or must be hand washed. All the glasses had rings of scratches on the inside (barely noticeable). Also, this order took forever to arrive – much longer than other companies these days. The best thing is that I love the color of these glasses/tumblers, which I saw first in a restaurant. I am glad to have them, and would order from this company again."

"Nice sink, nice faucet, but faucet package was just placed inside sink with nothing to hold it. It busted open in transit and several small pieces were bouncing around and one large faucet component was exposed and rubbing metal on the metal sink. Any other type sink would have been irreparably damaged. You should bubble wrap anything placed in sinks for transit."

"Once I placed an order, i received a call two days later to confirm address. A week later, no email notifying me anything was sent. So i called, the lady was okay and told me, they needed to change the shipping method for Fedex will not ship to a commerical location. (Which didn't make sense to me) and that it will be shipped out that week and I would receive an email with the tracking information. I received nothing. Waited another week and nothing. So i called. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely nice, especially since i was upset, since out client had been waiting for over 2 1/2 weeks already. He said it wasn't shipped because they had to change the shipping method that didn't happen. He ensured me he did and sent me an email with the information. Finally recieved the product close to 3 weeks from when I orginally ordered it. No offer to expedite the package or give me some $ back. "

"I ordered a Holland Grill on-line through JES, per suggestion from Holland Grill. When Shipping contacted us to set up a date and time for delivery, the contact person was very rude, complaining about having to "store" the item and possibly charging us for "storage"!. Also mentioned that someone had to accept delivery who could take the 150 lb. package off the truck! If we expected the delivery service to lower the package to the ground via a hydraulic lift platform, it would cost us extra! If we then refused delivery on that basis they would charge us Return Fees and Restocking Charges! What kind of a racket is this? We accepted delivery...it seemed the easiest way to resolve this nightmare, and paid extra for the delivery man to 'push the button' to lower the crate to the ground.
I have reported this issue to the Holland company and the Better Business Bureau. I have shared my experience to several potential Holland/JES customers and all said they would look for other options. I think you will find that these and other lost sales will cost you more than what you gain by "holding up" your paying customers!"
