"I purchased this range on a Monday, and asked for tracking and was told they would get that info to me asap. Nothing Tuesday, then Wednesday at 9:30 am, I got a call from Dominion Freight saying they were 15 minutes out with my range and I didnt even have tracking. They had told me up 7-10 days. I had to meet the guy at my shop. Fortunately the Dominion driver was awesome and had a hand truck and got my range inside. As I was not prepared for delivery."

" I ordered over $2,000 worth of goods I needed for an event. Half of it they didn't have in stock after they said they did and the other half came four days after the event was over. Need I say more? Through all of this I never received a single phone call or email from them except for when they realized I owed more tax. All in all I contacted them over 20 times trying to clarify if I was going to be getting my items or not. Multiple times when I contacted and left a message I was told that somebody would call me by the end of the day, it NEVER happened once! Horrible customer service. "

"I ordered a Scotsman ice machine from JES to replace an old unit. It arrived quickly and efficiently at my home via Old Dominion semi. A local installer had some difficulty getting the unit in place, but a more experienced person made some minor adjustments, and the new unit is operating well. I would order from JES again."
"I ordered a under-counter fridge and specified i should be contacted BEFORE delivery. Now 2 months after my order suddenly out of the blue a Fedex Truck is outside expecting to deliver this palette unannounced. I can't accept this palette on the sidewalk without scheduling my maintenance guys to take it off the truck and bring it inside etc. This is New York, we don't have a parking lot in front of our restaurant. We don't have men standing around in case something come up.
I've called in the 2 month wait time numerous times to get an ETA, i never even got a tracking number or a call back.
We all know that FEDEX is not the company it used to be (use another shipping company). But i don't have to accept this behavior and zero communication.

My product, spin-art frames and inserts were simply thrown into a box that was not only larger then necessary, it was also devoid of any packing material. As a result, the items got tossed inside the box and a few items were damaged. Expected better."
