I was convinced by the sales person who is to be knowing about these machines better than most. . Ascaso Espresso machine was malfunctioning within 6 months of the purchase...
When I called the company I was pushed away to New Jersey import place despite of I spend nearly $900 into the company.. They were so quick to pass the problem to someone else. Than talking the people with New Jersey, I was told I had to ship this machine weights like a dead body and insure it full amount all expenses on me in order for them to possibly fix it and send it back to me. By the way They might have to order the parts from Spain maybe a month later..... Ill get my machine back.. No empathy , no apology no descent costumer service.. It took me 4 phone calls to be able to get a costumer service manager. I would not be given any name despite of my insisting .. I dont know any company hides their manager's first name. Finally I got the least professional, unfriendly, inexperienced general manager named Dana. S. Sounded like it was her first job. She told me" I was too upset with her low paying employees and she was not happy about that..." Well if their company is low paying their employees and us costumers spend that much of money will get frustrated easily because it took me good part of the entire morning and so many phone calls to get nowhere! I am still is the one has to pay nearly 100 dollar for shipping! This very unprofessional general manager also told me they will not give me my money back her advise was" I should sell the machine which has a shortage and electrocutes while you are making coffee if you plugged to regular outlet. If you plug to the GFI outlet it trips immediately! Brilliant idea! Good thing I have a better mind to know not to take that advise.
So all is said for you whom are thinking buying anything from this company...

BE AWARE!!! YOU WILL NOT BE TREATED NICELY ONCE YOU PURCHASED YOUR ITEM! SHOULD YOU NEED THEIR SERVICES YOU WILL NOT GET ANY GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE! I WOULD SAY GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY WHO CARES AND RESPECTS PEOPLE BUY FROM THEM.

This is a response to the note bellow. It is not true I used profane and vulgar language. I used one for in regards to company not to an employee herself.Despite of she would be very evasive in her way of getting me someone in charge of the position and not provide me with name of the general manager. by this time I had spent the good few hours of the morning with New Jersey trying to open the coffee machine with screw driver and with also JL Hufford company trying to find out the problem on the phone. Now, any human being would get frustrated under the circumstances. We are not a repair people we are costumers need good service. Especially after spending nearly $900 Any company instructs their costumer to open the machine with a screw driver and describe what they see inside is absolutely is unprofessional in my opinion. Every word said above is accurate on my part.I did not said they wont repair I said they told me I have the burden and the charges to ship the heavy machine which will nearly cost $100 send. If they would have handled this situation delicately none of us would be in this site. This is where the communications fails and costumer gets frustrated! So you be the judge and good luck if you shop here!!!!!!!! "
