My first experience with you has been great. Item was in stock and shipped quickly! My only worry was that FedEx shipped part way then transfered to USPS. Once the Post Office takes over there isn't any package tracking so it kind of on paper sits for days. I don't know if there is a choice for FedEx all the way or not or if this is a new business partnership. My problem is I recently had 2 packages shipped this way and the box arrived but the contents didn't. I had never had this happen so I was worried about this form of shipping with a more expensive item. Has your company had any feed back about missing items? I guess they have to win back my confidence in their business. (FedEx and USPS) They aren't my choice for shipping anymore."

"The Espress maker arrived quickly and in good shape. The other part of my order has yet to arrive. I had ordered 6 extra water filters which have not yet arrived. I am not in a hurry for them as the Espresso maker comes with one, but if they don't arrive by Thanksgiving I will be calling JL Hufford to ask what happened. If I had the filters I would have rated more below as excellent. If the filters are back ordered, they should send me an alert eMail. "
