"This is my first and last purchase at JL Hufford. I saw a great deal on their site for a Capresso Infinity Grinder, they had a special and it reduced the price for about $14. Made the Purchase on Tue 5/14/13 received no conformation until 2 days later, but they decided to charge my credit card anyways even though the item had not been shipped! To make things worst, I get an email saying that they will not be shipping the item until 5/21. Checked the tracking number, the item will not be here until 5/28 almost at the end of the month!! What level of customer service are they running here. Will never buy anything from them and will pass the word to many other websites. Very Dissatisfied !"

"I ordered an item; they said it was ordered and I would receive it; then later notified me that it was not in stock after-all and had to cancel the order. Since it was an opened box item and I believe they had or could get others in an unopened box, I think they should have gotten me another one at the price of the one I had ordered. It would have made me a return customer and would have been better PR for the company. As it is, I am disappointed with this and so probably won't order from them again."
